Christian founded ChangeConsulting in 2010, after more than 25 years in engineering and product development. He helps automotive, machinery, and tech companies raise engineering performance without adding headcount, by fixing the processes, methods, and decisions that quietly slow development down. Through a strong partner network, he also brings in subject matter experts for larger transformation and implementation projects. His conviction after 25 years: when development is too slow or too expensive, the cause is rarely the technology. It is how work, decisions, and people are organized around it. That is what he fixes, and he stays until it works.
