One governance model for two continents
A medical technology group with strong products but engineering split between Germany and Japan. We designed one governance model with roles, metrics and interfaces so the sites work consistently and audit-ready under ISO 13485.
Result: development costs down 20 percent, more than 300 people aligned on shared metrics.
Automotive, 2021 to 2022
Audit-ready across four sites
An engineering organisation that had grown fast to more than 4,000 people, with inconsistent PM practices and hard certification deadlines. Governance was unified across four sites, with attribute-level traceability.
Result: passed ISO 9001 and ASPICE, know-how handed over to internal process managers.

One process for an entire programme
Programme management for high-end audio systems of a premium manufacturer, with many variants, several suppliers and fixed production dates.
Result: a standardised development process for the entire programme, time to market down 30 percent, field defects down 40 percent.
