Over three years, what changed was how development, quality and product management were run: systematic systems engineering, structured PMT governance with clear KPIs, and leadership accountability at every level.

Medical technology, 2024
One governance model for two continents
A MedTech group with strong products but engineering spread across Germany and Japan. We designed one governance model, roles, KPIs and interfaces, so the sites run consistently and audit-ready under ISO 13485, plus an Indian support centre.
Result: development costs down 20 percent, more than 300 people aligned on shared KPIs, faster cross-site decisions.
Automotive, 2021 to 2022
Audit-ready across four sites
An engineering organisation growing fast to more than 4,000 people, with a patchwork of project and product management practices and hard certification deadlines. We standardised PMT across four sites to maturity level 5 and built attribute-level traceability.
Result: passed ISO 9001 and ASPICE audits, one consistent PMT landscape across all sites, know-how handed over to internal process managers.
