ComplAInow · ASPICE

ASPICE every day, not just before the assessment.

For software and system suppliers in the vehicle industry, Automotive SPICE is often a prerequisite for winning the business. ComplAInow checks your work products continuously against ASPICE 4.0 and shows gaps before the assessor finds them.

What is ASPICE

A maturity model for development processes.

Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) is a process assessment model from the automotive industry. It describes how system, software and now also hardware development should work, and an assessment rates how mature these processes are in a company. Ratings use capability levels from 0 to 5.

Many vehicle manufacturers expect their suppliers to reach at least Level 2. Level 1 means the process is performed and achieves its purpose. Level 2 means it is also planned, monitored and managed, and its work products are managed under control. That evidence is often exactly what is missing in day-to-day work.

How ComplAInow helps

See the gap where it arises.

  • Checked per base practice: tickets and work products are rated against the ASPICE 4.0 base practices, with a traceable justification.

  • Right inside Jira: suggestions appear where your teams work, with no extra tool.

  • Overview for management: status per project and across all sites, with trend.

  • ISO 26262 too: functional safety and ASPICE in the same system.

    Audit-ready against hard certification deadlines

An engineering organisation that had grown fast to more than 4,000 people, with a patchwork of PM practices. Change Consulting standardised project and portfolio governance across four sites and built attribute-level traceability.

Result: passed ISO 9001 and ASPICE, know-how handed over to internal process managers.

Frequently asked questions

No. The assessment is carried out by a certified assessor. ComplAInow makes sure you go in well prepared and that your evidence stays current.

We still work to ASPICE 3.1. Is switching worth it?

If your customers request assessments to 4.0, or you develop hardware and machine learning components, yes. ComplAInow shows which gaps the switch opens for you.

Do you know where you stand on ASPICE?

In the intro call we clarify which level you need and what a three-month pilot with ComplAInow would look like.
