Domain and hosting
Domain and website back under the company's control
Domain, name servers and website sat with different providers the company had little direct access to. We moved everything into accounts the company owns, with full backups, a fallback plan and tests for email, website and telephony.
Result: the company controls its own domain, DNS and hosting and no longer depends on an agency.
IT costs
Hosting costs cut substantially
The company was paying surcharges for outdated server software and for an online shop that had seen hardly any orders in years. After a tested software update and cancelling the shop, whose data we backed up in full first, most of the cost at the previous provider is gone.
Result: lower fixed costs and one security risk fewer, as the outdated shop software goes offline.

We turned an address list that had grown over years into a mailing list organised by role and industry, with technically secured delivery and a fixed editorial plan. Sending, analysis and the weekly report run through an interface.
