Our story
Taking away the fear of change.
Christian started Change Consulting in 2010, after years inside engineering organisations where he kept seeing the same pattern. The methods and tools were rarely the real problem. The people, and the way work was organised around them, were. So the focus stays on the people who live with the change, on making their daily work easier and taking the fear out of the unknown.
The clients range from mid-sized companies to large corporations, and the goal is always the same: more efficiency and a stronger position in a fast-moving market. For implementation with our own software and automation, FORGE was founded: the diagnosis happens at Change Consulting, FORGE builds the tools.
What we deliberately don't do
Four refusals, one promise.
Most companies that come to us have already had experiences with consulting, sometimes good, sometimes less so. The clearest way to describe what we do differently is to start with what we don't do.
No ready-made answers
We bring no ready-made answers to the first meeting. A diagnosis before the examination is a template, not expertise.
No software nobody understands
We install no expensive software nobody understands. A tool that outruns its organisation becomes shelfware with a licence fee.
No papers for the drawer
If a document does not change what people do on Monday, it is decoration.
No leaving after the first project
Change that has not yet become habit collapses the moment the consultant's car leaves the car park. We stay until the team can carry it forward on its own.
The most uncomfortable truth, spoken early, sometimes costs us the easy first project. But it is the only path that leads to a second one.
