ChangeConsulting is a boutique firm in central Europe, focused on one thing: raising the performance of research and development in automotive, machinery, and technology companies. Christian started it in 2010, after years inside engineering organizations where he kept seeing the same pattern. The methods and tools were rarely the real problem. The people, and the way work was organized around them, were. So the focus stays on the people who live with the change, on making their daily work easier and taking the fear out of the unknown.
The founder Christian holds a P.h.D. in mechanical engineering and a master degree in electrical engineering, both from TU Munich. He spent more than 25 years in R&D, led engineering teams of 70 to 300 people, took one mid-sized manufacturer to two and a half times its company value, and worked as a subject matter expert at Deloitte on R&D transformation for leading automotive and technology groups. The clients here range from mid-sized companies to large corporations, and the goal is always the same: more efficiency, and a stronger position in a fast-moving market.
